Short description of our distribution system
Distribution system of Gene medicals is organized in two levels:
- Marketing of products and
- Visits and calls from Med Reps
- Marketing of products
Specialized team of professionals make visit to doctors and pharmacist. They introduce new
product and the current one. They take info about prescription of the same and also taking info
about the competition. They dont sale anything just taking and giving info to a professionals. - Visits and calls from Med Reps
We visit each pharmacy (700 in all Kosovo) and giving them a product list. Than in the same
time we pick up the orders. For some pharmacies they will place orders by phone and we call
them. Delivery of the ordered goods is next day.
